NFE is registered to do business in Uganda as an Energy Co-op; WattWorks Foundation Limited (by Guarantee). Regulated by the Electricity Regulatory Authority (ERA).
NFE is also registered in the Texas, USA as Cipher1 LLC doing business as Near Free Energy.
